The super talented food stylist, Jane Collins, created the below recipe for us, using inspiration from our June 'Winter Warmer' Discovery Box. The result, whipped feta toast drizzled with the award winning Original Sticky Balsamic. She turned simple into delicious perfection!

Whipped Feta Toast with Sticky Balsamic

Ingredients:

• 4 thick slices whole wheat sourdough bread
• 200g Feta cheese
• 1/3 cup cream
• 1/4 pomegranate, seeds removed
• Edible violets, to serve
• Sticky Balsamic, to serve

Method: Toast bread slices lightly. In a small bowl whip/combine feta and stir in cream till smooth. Spread onto toast pieces and top with pomegranate seeds and violets. Drizzle with sticky balsamic, slice and serve.
