The super talented food stylist, Jane Collins, created the below recipe for us, using inspiration from our June 'Winter Warmer' Discovery Box
. The result, whipped feta toast drizzled with the award winning Original Sticky Balsamic. She turned simple into delicious perfection!
Whipped Feta Toast with Sticky Balsamic
- 4 thick slices whole wheat sourdough bread
- 200g Feta cheese
- 1/3 cup cream
- 1/4 pomegranate, seeds removed
- Edible violets, to serve
- Sticky Balsamic, to serve
Toast bread slices lightly.
In a small bowl whip/combine feta and stir in cream till smooth.
Spread onto toast pieces and top with pomegranate seeds and violets. Drizzle with sticky balsamic, slice and serve.
