GENERAL

The concept of Foodies Collective is to surprise & delight, to discover and taste new foods, therefore the contents will remain a mystery until we release each box. Each Discovery Box will follow a theme and include a range of products to suit all tastes.

At this time, customers are unable to customise boxes for certain dietary restrictions and/or food allergies. However, we hope to make this option available in the future.

The Foodies Collective Discovery Box is primarily a quarterly subscription service. Boxes will be released at the beginning of each new season (March / June / September / December). Once a box has been released, we will have limited numbers set aside for immediate dispatch until the next seasonal box is released or until sold out.

Gift boxes are dispatched immediately unless instructed otherwise.

You will receive an email once your box is on its way to you. Estimated delivery time is 3 working days, however please note for some locations it can be up to 10 days.

Our subscribers aren’t locked into any contracts, you can pause, skip or cancel at anytime. The quarterly subscription offers the most flexibility, allowing you to cancel after your first box if you wish (but we’d love it if you stayed on!). We want to make being part of the collective as enjoyable and flexible as possible.

BILLING & MEMBERSHIP

Quarterly Subscribers will be billed every three months (from the date you joined us). You will be charged the cost of your first box the day you sign up to Foodies Collective. Following this, you will be placed on our quarterly auto renew billing system.

Annual Subscriberswill be charged the reduced cost of X4 boxes on the day you sign up to Foodies Collective. Following this, you will be placed on our annual auto renew billing system. You can set and forget for one year.

Gift Boxesand Shop Products are a once off upfront payment.

Login to your account dashboard and click “Edit” next to your subscription plan then ‘Edit’ to change your billing and shipping info. Please email us at hello@foodiescollective.com.au with any address changes to ensure your next box has been updated with your new info.

No. All you pay is your quarterly or annual subscription price. Shipping costs are inclusive*.

Simply login to your account dashboard via https://foodiescollective.com.au/account/login/ and select the action you wish to take. Within your account you can; Cancel or Pause (suspend) an active subscription; Reactivate a suspended subscription; Resubscribe an expired or cancelled subscription; Pay for a renewal order when the automatic recurring payment failed; Change the Payment Method used for automatic recurring payments and / or Change Address for subscriptions which require shipping.

All subscriptions automatically renew (either quarterly or annually) until cancelled through the website. You can cancel ANYTIME, it’s that simple. Please note that if you’ve paid for your annual subscription (4 boxes upfront) and cancel prior to the end date, you’ll still receive your outstanding boxes, however the annual subscription won’t renew after 12 months.

Gift boxes/packages are stand alone, once off purchases and do not automatically renew, so there’s no need to cancel.

Our secure checkout via Stripe accepts credit/debit payments from Visa/Mastercard/AMEX + PayPal is now available. Shopify checkout is also available on non subscription products.

GST is included in all prices listed on the website.

Corporate Gift Boxes will be priced separately.

GIFTS

Subscriptions are delivered quarterly, auto-renews with a pause or cancel anytime option.

Gift boxes are a one-off payment for either one box or multiple boxes.

Gift box packages are stand-alone purchases and therefore do not auto-renew.

DELIVERY

Please note Foodies Collective is not responsible or liable for any delay or delivery or any damage caused to your box which is beyond Foodies Collective’s control.

You will receive an email notification confirming your box has been dispatched. You’ll also receive an email with a tracking link, a confirmation of your delivery address and instructions plus an estimated delivery date and time.

Estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days, however please note for some locations it can be up to 5-7 working days.

Shipping is free Australia wide for all boxes, with the exception of some remote locations which may incur an additional fee of $4.99 per delivery/box.

For our Lifestyle Shop, if products are bought standalone (without a Discovery/Gift Box) there is a small flat shipping fee of $6.95 for under $50.
