Can I choose what’s in my Discovery Box?

The concept of Foodies Collective is to surprise & delight, to discover and taste new foods, therefore the contents will remain a mystery until we release each box. Each Discovery Box will follow a theme and include a range of products to suit all tastes.

Can I customise my box for dietary requirements and/or food allergies?

At this time, customers are unable to customise boxes for certain dietary restrictions and/or food allergies. However, we hope to make this option available in the future.

When can I expect my box?

The Foodies Collective Discovery Box is primarily a bi-monthly subscription service. Boxes will be released at the beginning of each new theme (release months are December/February/April/June/August/October). Once a box has been released, we will have limited stock set aside for immediate dispatch until the next box is released or sold out.

You will receive an email once your box is on its way to you. Estimated delivery time is 3 working days, however please note for some locations it can be up to 10 days.

Our Gift boxes are available for immediate dispatch.

Can I just buy one box instead of subscribing?

You sure can. Just head over to our ‘Try A Single Box’ page. You can also purhase a single box in our Gift section. Remember, our subscribers aren’t locked into any contracts, you can pause, skip or cancel at anytime. We want to make being part of the collective as enjoyable and flexible as possible.

Is the Discovery Box available outside of Australia?

No, unfortunately not. We currently only ship within Australia, however it’s something we hope to offer in the future.

I’m a food producer. How can we partner with foodies collective and have our product included in the box?

One of the products I received is damaged, how can I get this replaced?

First of all we’re sorry to hear this.

Please contact us at [email protected] and take a picture of the damage as soon as possible so we can investigate further. Kindly take note that we are only able to process requests for replacements within 2 weeks of receiving your box.

I love the products within my box, where I can buy more of them?

When will I be billed?

You will be charged the cost of your first box the day you sign up to Foodies Collective. Following this, you will be placed on our auto renew billing system. Bi-monthly subscribers will be billed every two months (from the date you joined us).

How can I update my billing details?

Login to your account dashboard and click “Edit” next to your subscription plan then ‘Edit’ to change your billing and shipping info. Please email us at [email protected] with any address changes to ensure your next box has been updated with your new info.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. All you pay is your once off or regular bi-monthly subscription fee. Shipping costs are inclusive*.

How can I skip a box or pause my subscription?

Simply login to your account dashboard via and select the action you wish to take. Within your account you can; Cancel or Pause (suspend) an active subscription; Reactivate a suspended subscription; Resubscribe an expired or cancelled subscription; Pay for a renewal order when the automatic recurring payment failed; Change the Payment Method used for automatic recurring payments and / or Change Address for subscriptions which require shipping.

What is your cancellation policy?

All subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled through the website. You can cancel ANYTIME, it’s that simple 🙂

Gift boxes and packages are stand alone, once off purchases and do not automatically renew, so there’s no need to cancel.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our secure checkout via Stripe accepts credit/debit payments from Visa/Mastercard/AMEX + PayPal is now available.

Is GST included?

GST is included in all prices listed on the website.

Corporate Gift Boxes will be priced separately.


What is the difference between a gift box/package and subscription?

Subscriptions are delivered bi-monthly, auto-renews with a pause or cancel anytime option.

Gift boxes are a one-off payment for either one box or multiple boxes.

Will my gift subscription auto-renew?

Gift subscription packages and boxes are stand-alone purchases and therefore do not auto-renew.


Who delivers the boxes?

We are proud partners of Australia Post.


Please note Foodies Collective is not responsible or liable for any delay or delivery or any damage caused to your box which is beyond Foodies Collective’s control.

How do I track delivery?

You will receive an email notification confirming your box has been dispatched. You’ll also receive an email with a tracking link, a confirmation of your delivery address and instructions plus an estimated delivery date and time.

How long does it take to deliver?

Estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days, however please note for some locations it can be up to 5-7 working days.

What are the shipping costs?*

Shipping is free Australia wide, with the exception of some remote locations which may incur an additional fee of $4.99 per delivery/box.
